    22 Sep 2014 | 5:19 am
by Tasa Nugraza Barley There is a rich, largely forgotten history attached to the term “Belanda Depok,” or “bule Depok.” Literally translated, Belanda is the Netherlands, Depok is a city in West Java and bule is slang for white foreigner. But the term is confusing. The Belanda Depok are not Dutch people who live in Depok, but rather they are Indonesians whose ancestors had worked as slaves for the Dutch during the colonial era. The term initially had negative connotations, used by Indonesians to label fellow countrymen as traitors because they worked for the Dutch. Over the years,…

I have been using the new VITAMIN E Aqua Boost Sorbet from The Body Shop for a month or so now...and in my honest opinion on it, I love it. It’s a moisture quenching gel-like moisturizer, (a very gentle one, that is), that hydrates the skin well enough to the extent that your skin doesn't feel sticky nor greasy. The formula is very light in consistency, and it makes my skin feel very smooth without that heavy feeling you get from most moisturizers. I love it the most because it mattifies the oily parts of my skin, yet also moisturizes the dry parts, so it’s perfect for those with…

  • Don’t Use Finder For Migrating Large or Lots of Files

    Fikri Rasyid
    30 Sep 2014 | 4:05 pm
I was migrating my files from my old MacBook Pro to External HDD ((Which will be moved back to my MacBook Air)) when I learned this lesson: Finder is not reliable for moving large or lots of file. I was copying my iPhoto libraries and the progress was stuck at 80% for hours. I cancelled the operation and copied it using Forklift, and it is done way much faster. For deleting bulk (and large) files, use OmniDiskSweeper. Don't even rely on Finder for that.

Kalo gue formulasikan ((Tsailah, formulasikan)): Keinginan = kondisi 1 + kondisi 2 + kondisi 3 + kondisi n Kondisi 1 bisa aja baik. Kondisi 2 bisa aja necessary pain. Kondisi 3 bisa aja super epic necessary pain. Case in points: Lu ingin makmur. Bisa aja jalannya supaya makmur itu lu dihina-hina dulu oleh orang lain. Lu ingin pinter. Bisa aja jalan supaya lu pinter itu lu harus merasa bodoh dan dipermalukan dulu di depan…
